Founders Pavilion Entrance Lobby proudly features the Tree Of Life memorial and remembrance sculpture. Its hand carved mahogany branch is adorned with brass leaves and ovals. This beautiful work of art recognizes the generosity of those who contribute $1,000 or more to Founders Pavilion and symbolizes our organization's growth in meeting our community's changing healthcare needs.

You may choose to honor a loved one, commemorate a special occasion, such as a wedding or anniversary, or to recognize the outstanding care received by you or a loved one while a resident at Founders Pavilion. Whatever the occasion, your tax deductible gift enables us to purchase life-saving equipment and provide needed services and programs, while keeping resident charges as low as possible.

Fund Designations
Gifts to Founders Pavilion can be designated for two separate funds. We encourage donors to choose the fund that best fits their need or desire.

Our fund designations include, but are not limited to:
1) Edwin Ober Fund (Equipment Fund)
2) Keenan Endowment (Dental Fund)
3) Charting the Course for Care Capital Campaign (Building Fund)

All undesignated donations will automatically go towards the Edwin Ober Fund. We accept donations of cash, check, stock, pledge donations or pledges accepted.
