Founders Pavilion uses an itemized charge structure which is required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. This system creates detailed charges for supplies and services provided, such as pharmaceuticals and rehabilitation care.

Effective August 1, 2011, room rates are:

• Private Room $310.00 per day
• Semi-Private Room 292.00 per day

PRIVATE PAY AND OTHER COMMERCIAL INSURERS:
All rehabilitation services, pharmacy costs, and medical/surgical supply costs are billed to you above the daily room rate. Medicare Part B or other insurance coverage may pay some of these additional costs.

MEDICARE COVERED STAYS:
All services provided during a Medicare Part A stay will be included in the reimbursement rate paid to the facility on behalf of the resident. The required copay and any applicable private room charges will be the responsibility of the resident and/or responsible party.

MEDICAID COVERED STAYS:
All services provided during a Medicaid stay will be included in the reimbursement rate paid to the facility on behalf of the resident. This category of resident may have rehabillitation services paid for by Medicare Part B. The resident's financial obligation will be determined by the Department of Social Services.
