Founders Pavilion Food & Nutrition Department

The Food and Nutrition Department at Founders Pavilion prepares and serves over 400 meals daily for our residents, staff, and visitors.

We also provide between meal snacks, and food for special functions and activities.

Our current menu consists of a 3-week winter cycle and a 3-week summer cycle. This allows for a wide variety of menu items as well as a change during the seasons. The menu is reviewed annually by a Registered Dietician to ensure that we are meeting our resident's nutritional needs.

Q. What menu choices are available?
A. At lunch and supper we offer a choice of a main entree, alternate entree, and soup and sandwich.

Q. What items are always available?
A. Items such as PBJ, cottage cheese, yogurt, canned fruit, pudding, and milk or juice are always available.

Q. Who do I contact with questions concerning my family member's diet?
A. Questions concerning diets, food consistencies, and likes/dislikes may be answered by any of our trained staff.

Q. Who can I contact with questions concerning meal service, food quality, or food service in general?
A. Please contact any of our trained staff.

Q. What are the meal times?
A. Breakfast 8:00 am, Lunch 12:3O pm, Supper 6:00 pm. Between meal snacks at 10:00 am, 3:OO pm and 9:OO pm.

Q. Can I have a meal with my family member?
A. Yes. Please call 607-654-2420 to order a meal. The cost is minimal.
